Orders & Discounts
- How do I use a discount code? Enter your discount code at checkout in the "Discount code" field. Our welcome code WELCOME10 gives you 10% off on qualifying orders. Limit one use per customer. See discount terms at checkout for eligibility.
- Can I use multiple discount codes on one order? Only one discount code can be applied per order at checkout.
Shipping
- Where do you ship? We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- How long does processing take? All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of order confirmation. Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.
- How long does delivery take? After processing, estimated delivery is typically 7–20 business days depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Actual delivery times may vary and cannot be guaranteed. During peak periods such as holidays or promotional events, processing may extend beyond the standard timeframe.
- Will I receive a tracking number? Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.
- What if there are shipping delays? Delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us at info@stardazedboutique.com if you have concerns about your order.
Returns & Exchanges
- What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Your receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- How do I start a return? Email us at info@stardazedboutique.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, we'll send you instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect? Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.
- Are any items non-returnable? We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. This is disclosed at the time of purchase.
- How do exchanges work? To exchange an item, return it following the process above. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you'd like.
- When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@stardazedboutique.com.
Jewelry Materials & Care
- What materials are used in your jewelry? Our jewelry is made with a variety of quality materials including 18K gold plated brass or stainless steel, alloy metal (plated), cubic zirconia (CZ) stone accents, freshwater pearls and mother of pearl, and acrylic accents (select styles).
- Is your jewelry lead and nickel free? Material safety designations vary by product. Please check the individual product page for specific safety information.
- Is your jewelry tarnish and water resistant? Most of our pieces are tarnish and water resistant. However, to extend the life of your jewelry, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water, sweat, perfume, and lotions.
- How should I care for my jewelry? Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight; avoid contact with perfume, lotions, and harsh chemicals; clean gently with a soft, dry cloth; remove before swimming, showering, or exercising.
